At Logan Farms, we take great pride in preparing and shipping high-quality, perishable food products. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality Issues
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Delays
While we carefully package all shipments to maintain product quality, Logan Farms is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control. If a shipping delay results in a quality issue, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our products are prepared fresh, orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations.
